David V. Jaworski, Esq.
David Jaworski, Esq. founded the Law Offices of David V. Jaworski in 1990, and with the addition of Mario A. Giacobbe as a partner in 2010, the firm became known as the Law Offices of Jaworksi & Giacobbe. Mr. Jaworski has been in practice for over 35 years, receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1983.
Mr. Jaworski has extensive civil trial practice experience, including personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, estate litigation, real estate litigation, and matrimonial litigation. He has practiced extensively in the matrimonial and family law area, including divorce, separation, custody, visitation and child support litigation for over 35 years.
Mr. Jaworski is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the State of New York. He previously served as a special Master Commissioner (Hearing Officer) in the Northern Kentucky region, hearing complex commercial litigation claims.
Mr. Jaworski prides himself on providing the highest level of knowledge, professionalism, and service to his clients. He also takes pride in having received the recognition of Professional and Businessmen’s Association “Man of the Year” Award in 2003, as well as the Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce “Small Business of the Year” Award in 2005.
Mario A. Giacobbe, Esq.
Mario A. Giacobbe, Esq. joined The Law Offices of Jaworski & Giacobbe in July of 2006. As a partner, Mr. Giacobbe concentrates in the area of criminal defense, specializing in Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) offenses. As a DWI Defense Attorney, he has defended thousands of individuals charged with DWI since 2006. Additionally, Mr. Giacobbe has extensive civil trial practice experience, including personal injury, real estate, estate litigation, and in the areas of matrimonial and family law, as well as other areas.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Jaworski & Giacobbe, Mr. Giacobbe served for nearly twelve years as an Assistant District Attorney for the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting and supervising thousands of criminal cases (both misdemeanor and felonies) in all state, county, city, town and village courts. Mr. Giacobbe also served as Chief of the DWI Bureau for the Erie County District Attorney’s Office from 2000 through 2005. As Chief of this Bureau, he supervised the prosecution of all DWI offenses and personally handled the prosecution of all DWI fatalities, serious physical injury accidents caused by alcohol, hit-and-run fatalities, and repeat felony DWI offenders. During this time, Mr. Giacobbe also trained various city, town and village police departments throughout Erie County on all aspects of DWI arrests, including DWI fatalities and serious physical injury accidents, blood draws, chemical testing, and accident reconstruction. He has proudly received several distinguished awards while prosecuting DWI cases, including the MADD 2003 “Excellence in Service” award.
In addition to assisting in a general practice at The Law Offices of Jaworski & Giacobbe, Mr. Giacobbe is also the Town Attorney/Town Prosecutor in the Town of Tonawanda. He has held the position as Town Prosecutor since 2006 and Town Attorney since 2017.
Mr. Giacobbe received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Canisius College in 1988 and his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1991. While attending law school, he studied International Business and Comparative Law in Rome, Italy through Loyola Law School.
Mr. Giacobbe is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and was elected in 2017 to serve on the Board of Directors. He was also selected President of the WNY Prosecutors Association in 2017 and has been a member of the Association since 2006. Finally, Mr. Giacobbe is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in the State of New York.
Dennis J. Garvey, Esq.
Of Counsel to Jaworski & Giacobbe, Mr. Garvey limits his practice to serious personal injury and commercial and business litigation including motor vehicle and industrial accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, traumatic brain, spine and fracture injury, falls from height and defective products. Mr. Garvey has served as President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Western Regional Affiliate and was a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. These associations work to protect Constitutional rights and advance representation of the public by ethical, well-trained attorneys. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and all of the trial courts in New York State. He has litigated seven-figure personal injury cases through verdict.
A former Public Defender for the City of Buffalo, Mr. Garvey has also appeared before regulatory entities, including, the New York State Gaming Commission, the New York State Liquor Authority, the Worker’s Compensation Board and Department of Labor. He has been involved in every facet of complex civil litigation for over 30 years, having received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens University in Kingston Ontario, Canada, and his Juris Doctorate from Nova University.
Paul K. Isaac, Esq.
A trial attorney and strategic life planner, Mr. Isaac’s years of experience allow him to anticipate a plaintiff’s long-term financial needs. Mr. Isaac has helped several clients obtain large settlements and favorable verdicts. In addition to assisting plaintiffs with the strategies for handling settlements from all types of personal injury lawsuits, Mr. Isaac is experienced in navigating the intricacies of complicated cases in which Medicaid and future Medicare benefits must be preserved. Mr. Isaac received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Duquesne University and is admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania. Paul Isaac, Esq. is the founder and managing partner of Paramount Settlement Planning, LLC and Precision Resolution, LLC. He is a past president of the NYSTLA Western Region Affiliate Group.
